Jeff’s experience and skill as a multi-instrumentalist and session musician has made him a mainstay in Central New York’s recording studios. His trumpet, flugelhorn, trombone, and French horn playing can be heard on a long list of recordings by regional artists, including a number of award-winning CDs. Most recently, he played on The Lightkeepers’ new eponymous release, Bill Carter’s latest Presbybop Sextet DC Jazz for the Earth with David Liebman, the George Gruntz Concert Jazz Band’s releases Matterhorn Matters and News Reel Matters, Michael P. Ryan’s SAMMY-winning release Cashtown, Andrew Greacen’s CD Soul Searching, Turnip Stampede’s debut release Can You Hear What This Looks Like?, and the Coates Brass Band’s first CD of Civil War music, Quickstep.
